The Trustees are seeking to appoint an inspirational, strategic and people-centred Headteacher to lead our school into its next chapter. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional leader who believes passionately in the limitless potential of every child and the importance of valuing, developing, and supporting staff.
The role
We are looking for a Headteacher who will:
- Provide strong, visible and inspirational leadership
- Be both child-centred and staff-centred, creating an inclusive culture where all pupils, including those with SEND, and all staff are supported to thrive.
- Provide clear instructional leadership, remaining closely connected to classroom practice and championing high-quality, evidence-informed teaching and learning across the school
- Champion a curriculum that balances high academic expectations with child-initiated, inquiry-based and experiential approaches to learning
- Actively promote a culture of professional learning, coaching and collaboration, supporting all staff to grow and develop their practice
- Continue to raise standards and secure excellent outcomes for all pupils
- Champion a broad, creative and inclusive curriculum
- Support staff wellbeing, professional development and workload balance
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, Trustees and the wider community
- Lead with integrity, warmth and high expectations
