Tanzanian School Link

We are linked with a school in Tanzania. It is called Karangai Primary School.  This link helps us to develop our global education and understanding of other places and cultures. We have had a visit from the Head Teacher of Karangai and we hope to make a reciprocal visit in the future.

Karangai Primary school has approx. 345 pupils and 10 staff, 6 women and 4 men. The Head teacher is Mrs Irene Kaaya. They have 7 classrooms. There are 5 teacher houses which some of the staff live in. The children have netball and football clubs and they also enjoy hide and seek and skipping.
